Task Five: Additional Support Leveraged by Forterra <br /> Forterra has been successful in bringing additional resources to the Green Everett Partnership in <br /> the form of a grant. Although successful procurement of grants and donations cannot be fully <br /> forecasted,Forterra will work towards securing and contributing leveraged resources to the <br /> program. This includes use of Forterra interns and leveraging opportunities within the larger <br /> Green Cities network. <br /> Task Five Deliverables <br /> 1) Cities Network Communication Platform:Access to Green Cities Network listsery hosted and <br /> maintained by Forterra with news and announcements relevant to Green Cities work such as, <br /> upcoming train ings,webinars,conferences,grants,and new research. <br /> 2) Opportunities to participate in Green Cities quarterly focus groups and Summit. <br /> 3) In-kind donations for events like Green Everett Day <br /> 4) Green Cities Outreach and Publicity: Regional press release highlighting work of all Green Cities. <br /> Coordinate outreach booth or presentation at regional events. <br /> 5) Additional Program Support: Beyond the scope of work,including additional outreach,grant <br /> writing,event support,etc. <br /> 6) Pursuing Grants: Forterra may pursue grants for additional supplemental funding to further the <br /> goals of the Green Everett Partnership. All activities to be in coordination with City of Everett <br /> staff. <br />
