Payment of real estate excise tax, if required, pursuant to the authority of RCW Chapter 82.45, <br /> and subsequent amendments thereto. <br /> The property described herein is situated within the boundaries of local taxing authority of <br /> Unincorporated Snohomish County. As of the effective date herein, the real estate excise tax rate <br /> is 1.78%. <br /> 2.
