January 22, 2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> BID AWARD — EVERGREEN WAY AND PECKS DRIVE INTERSECTION <br /> SAFETY <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to award the construction contract for the Evergreen Way <br /> and Pecks Drive Intersection Safety project to Faber Construction <br /> Corp. in the amount of $256,905.09 including Washington State sales <br /> tax and at no cost to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SERVICES OF SNOHOMISH <br /> COUNTY <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Priority and <br /> Subordination Agreement for Domestic Violence Services of <br /> Snohomish County, Everyone Deserves to be Safe Shelter and other <br /> necessary documents as approved by the City Attorney. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Stonecipher who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 14 <br />
