Our answer is as follows: <br />The determination of the clear height of the canopy to cover the vacuum tubes can be determined by Berry <br />Sign systems, to include considerations for traffic and obstructions on vehicles. The existing encroachment <br />into the alley was already permitted, and there isn't a specific code requirement that would applies to <br />permitted existing projection into the alley. <br />Mr. Jacobs stated that the canopy will not project further than the depth of the existing curb into the alley, in <br />fact, in will project less.
