Option One : Touchstone Extension <br /> Proposal <br /> • Touchstone proposes to amend the agreements <br /> to give Touchstone the right to purchase <br /> extensions of the debt financing and construction <br /> start deadlines, totaling up to one year as follows : <br /> — Fee for the first three-month extension is $25,000, <br /> with payment due on October 31, 2013 <br /> — Fee for the second three-month extension is $25,000, <br /> with payment due on January 31, 2014 <br /> — Fee for the third three-month extension is $50,000, <br /> with the payment due on April 30, 2014 <br /> — Fee for the fourth three-month extension is $50,000, <br /> with the payment due on July 31, 2014 <br />
