Option Two : Terminate Relationship <br /> The City may terminate the relationship once the <br /> October 31 deadline is missed . If the City <br /> exercises this option, it means that : <br /> • The City would keep the $500,000 <br /> • The property would be returned to the City <br /> • All contracts between the City and Touchstone would <br /> terminate, leaving the City free to do whatever it ultimately <br /> wishes to do with the property <br /> The City then could do another RFP process. Last <br /> time the RFP process took about ten months <br /> from RFP issuance to contract signing. <br />
