Summary <br /> • Touchstone proposes to amend the agreements so that <br /> Touchstone has the right to purchase four three-month <br /> extension options. Price would $25,000 each for the <br /> first two three-month extensions, and $50,000 each for <br /> the last two three-month extensions. <br /> • Alternatively, the City may terminate the relationship <br /> with Touchstone. <br /> • The City's other options are to force cash purchase or <br /> to do nothing, neither of which is recommended . <br /> • We ask that City Council decide a path and have staff <br /> return next week with an action item implementing the <br /> decision . <br />
