Hall Park Playground renovations; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the special improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EV ERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Walter E.Hall Park Playground",Fund 354,Program 037,be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenue for the"Walter E.Hall Park Playground",Fund 354, <br /> Program 037,are as follows: <br /> A.
