2 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled,"2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer Road,"Fund <br /> 303, Program 094,as established by Ordinance No.3294-12 <br /> • <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer <br /> Road"Fund 303,Program 094, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: • <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer Road " <br /> Fund 303, Program 094, as established by Ordinance No. 3294-12,be closed. <br /> Section 2: • <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "2011 Landslide Repair—Lowell Larimer Road "Fund <br /> 303,Program 094, are as follows: <br /> A.
