Additional Required <br />-0- <br />DETAILED SUMMARY STATEMENT: <br />A landslide occurred in 2011, resulting in the temporary closure of one lane of Lowell Larimer Road. <br />Granite Construction Co. was issued a contract on October 11, 2012 to repair a 250 lineal foot segment of the <br />road and construct drainage improvements. <br />The project is now complete and is ready to be closed. <br />RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an ordinance closing a special improvement project entitled, "2011 Landslide Repair — Lowell <br />Larimer Road," Fund 303, Program 094, as established by Ordinance No. 3294-12 <br />1 <br />
