4 <br /> Section 11: Corrections. The City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are <br /> authorized to make necessary corrections to this ordinance including, but not limited to, <br /> The correction of scrivener's/clerical errors, references, ordinance numbering, <br /> section/subsection numbers and any references thereto. <br /> Section 12: Ordinance References. This Ordinance adds new sections to the Everett <br /> Criminal Code (Ordinance No. 1145-86) and amends Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1974- <br /> 93, as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 2413-99 and Section 1 of Ordinance No. <br /> 3027-07 (EMC 10.16.050) and Section 4 of Ordinance No. 1234-86, as amended by <br /> Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1807-91, Section 3 of Ordinance No. 2291-98, Section 1 of <br /> Ordinance No. 2466-00, Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2919-06, Section 1 of Ordinance <br /> No. 3026-07, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3140-09, and Section 11 of Ordinance No. <br /> 3234-11 (EMC 10.22.040), and Sections 1 (part) and 4 of Ordinance No. 1521-88 (EMC <br /> 10.23.030). <br /> Section 13: Codification. Section 1 of this ordinance shall be codified as a new <br /> section in Chapter 10.02 of the EMC.
