3 <br /> B. Penalty. Any person found in violation of any provision of this chapter shall <br /> be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred <br /> fifty dollars for each day that each violation continues. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Sign enforcement. Any violation or failure to comply with the provisions of this <br /> chapter shall be subject to the enforcement procedures set forth in Chapter 1.20. <br /> It is a-separate violation each day or part of each day that a violation exists.
