YOUTH <br /> a) Housing and Food Assistance <br /> b) Health Services (i.e. Medical, Dental,Mental Health Treatment) <br /> c) Counseling/Guidance/Legal Services <br /> d) Substance Abuse <br /> e) Abuse/Neglect <br /> f) Violence/Delinquency Prevention <br /> 2. .
