After consultation with City of Everett Legal and Prosecutor Offices the Parks and Recreation Department recommend changes to the ordinance relating to Parks. The changes add seven new sections to Ordinance No. 3471 (the City Park Code), amend Ordinance Nos. 3471, 889-82, 1615-89, and 2442-00 and repeals a section of the City Park Code. The revisions can be grouped in to three categories. 1)Housekeeping 2) Significant Language Changes 3)New Sections RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Adopt changes to the Ordinance relating to Parks adding seven new sections to Ordinance No. 3471 (the City Park Code), amending Ordinance Nos. 4 3471, 889-82, 1615-89, and 2442-00 and repealing a section of the City Park Code.
