Deliverables: The following deliverables will be prepared: • A plan that identifies locations for retrofits along with details of the retrofits that have dimension/connections that will vary by site. Assumptions: The following assumptions apply to this task: • This task to be completed by Parametria with review from City staff and impacted agencies. • Public involvement and participation to be provided by City staff. • Adopted City standards and Ecology BMPs to be utilized. s • Cost estimate to be a range based on the respective corrective actions. Cost estimates for units and/or square footage to be provided for use in future grant applications. Task 4 Project Management Objective: To track and manage scope, schedule, and budget,provide timely communication to the City Project Manager about project status and maintain an understanding of the project goals and constraints. Activities: The following activities are associated with this task: • Attend kick-off meeting to determine and better understand vision, scope, budget, schedule and other critical factors that will dictate the success of this project. • Prepare a Project Management Plan. • Provide monthly invoices and progress reports. • Communicate with the City via phone or e-mail to discuss project status or strategy. • Provide ongoing guidance to project team related to scope, schedule,budget,goals and constraints. • Closeout project. Deliverables: The following deliverables will be prepared: • Project Management Plan • Monthly progress report and invoices.
