In an effort to help you meet your conswction time table we want to <br /> bring to your altcntion thc result of our visit. <br /> I. As we discussed, on the job site, you have electecf to use the 2-hour wall <br /> separation detail versus �sing 2, 1-hour walls. With Uic 2-hour wall separation, <br /> plumbing and mechanical fixtures, pires etc. cannot be installed in these walls. <br /> IN addition, bath tubs, I3-vents and fireplaces cannot be installed up against the <br /> framing. Thcre must bc 2-laycrs of 5/8" Type-X sheet rock installed bctween <br /> thcsc items and thc framing. <br /> 2. The stairways from the 2"' to 3" Ievel neeci cxtra support at mid-span. <br /> 3.
