For multiple vacancies in the above-referenced promotional appointments,the number of applicants on the appropriate certified eligibility list to be considered shall be two-times the number of vacancies. For example,the six top-ranked applicants on an appropriate certified eligibility list should be considered for three openings for promotional appointments. A:C.An Acting or Temporary Appointment.
