I <br /> 9-14.6 Plant Materials <br /> 9-14.6(8) Sod <br /> Supplement 9-14.6(8) by adding the following: <br /> Furnish sod in accordance with state and federal laws, including quarantines, with <br /> respect to inspection, plant diseases and insect infestation. Furnish sod having a <br /> certificate of origin or certification of approved treatment, or both, when shipment <br /> originates in known infected areas. Provide a "State of Washington Nursery <br /> Inspection" sticker issued by the Washington State Department of Agriculture, <br /> Division of Plant Industries for sod shipments. <br /> Furnish sod possessing the following characteristics: <br /> 1.
