I <br /> Sulfur 2.00% (maximum for fuel oil) <br /> 1 Lead 100 ppm (maximum) <br /> Arsenic 5 ppm (maximum) <br /> I Cadmium 2 ppm (maximum) <br /> Chromium 10 ppm (maximum) <br /> Total Halogens 1,000 ppm (maximum) <br /> IPolychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) 2 ppm(maximum) <br /> Flash Point 100°F (minimum) <br /> I (b) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or make available for sale any oil in excess of the <br /> limits of this section to any person who has not obtained an Order of Approval from the <br /> I Agency in accordance with Article 6 of this regulation.
