Requests for reimbursement must be in the format acceptable to the City of Everett. Exhibit "D" shall be used for all reimbursement requests under this agreement and be accompanied by appropriate source document as described in Exhibit D. Requests for reimbursement shall be submitted to the City no less than once per quarter following execution of this agreement unless otherwise approved by the Community Development Director or designee. V. Pre-Award Costs Pre-award costs incurred by the Agency from the beginning of the time of performance set forth in Section II. Time of Performance, of this agreement may be eligible for reimbursement in accordance with 24 CFR 570.200(h).
