ARTICLE 11- SALARY SCHEDULE <br /> 11.1 2020 Salary Schedule. <br /> 11.1.1 Effective January 1, 2020, the 2019 monthly salary schedule for the Association shall be <br /> increased by 4.25%as follows: <br /> Classification Range Third Second First <br /> Title No. Class Class Class <br /> Police Officer 03-021 6,272 6,868 8,220 <br /> Sergeant 03-012 10,279 <br /> Salary progression intervals are twelve(12)months between steps. <br /> 11.2 2021 Salary Schedule. <br /> 11.2.1 Effective January 1, 2021, the 2020 monthly salary schedule shall be increased by 4% as <br /> follows:2021 Schedule: <br /> Classification Range Third Second First <br /> Title No. Class Class Class <br /> Police Officer 03-021 6,523 7,143 8,549 <br /> Sergeant 03-012 10,690 <br /> 11.3 2022 Salary Schedule. <br /> 11.3.1 Effective January 1, 2022, the 2021 monthly salary schedule shall be increased by 4%as <br /> follows <br /> Classification Range Third Second First <br /> Title No. Class Class Class <br /> Police Officer 03-021 6,784 7,429 8,891 <br /> Sergeant 03-012 11,118 <br /> 11.4 Pension Fund. <br /> In lieu of FICA contributions, the City will continue to match contributions made by <br /> Association members into the City-sponsored Section 457 Deferred Compensation <br /> Program. <br /> The City's monthly contribution to the deferred compensation program will be 2.5% of a <br /> First-Class Officer's pay. <br /> Effective January 1, 2021, the City's monthly contribution to the deferred compensation <br /> program will be 3%of a First-Class Officer's pay. <br /> 15 <br />
