ARTICLE 30 - SEVERABILITY <br /> 30.1 Savings Clause. <br /> 30.1.1 If any provision of the Agreement should be rendered or declared invalid by any court <br /> action or by any reason of any subsequent legislation, the remaining parts or portions of <br /> this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 30.1.2 Upon invalidation of any article or provision of this contract, either party may require the <br /> other to enter into collective bargaining over the effects of such judicial or legislative <br /> determination. <br /> 42 <br />
