Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish Co 1/2/2020 Amendment 3

CITY AMENDMENT NO.3 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (ADVOCACY SERVICES) This Amendment No. 3 is dated for reference purposes January 1, 2020. It is by and between the City of Everett, a municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington ("City") and Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County ("Service Provider"). RECITALS A. The City and Service Provider are parties to the Professional Services Agreement dated January 23, 2017, as amended (the "Agreement"), under which Service Provider provided limited advocacy services in Everett Municipal Court for victims of domestic violence in years 2017,2018 and 2019. B. The City and the Service Provider desire to amend the Agreement so that Service Provider will also provide advocacy services during calendar year 2020. AGREEMENT The City and Service Provider agree as follows: 1. The Agreement is modified so that the expiration of the Agreement is December 31, 2020. 2. Section 4 of the Agreement as amended is further modified by adding the underlined phrase as set forth below: Compensation. Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) in 2017. Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars (2500.00) in 2018. Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars (2500.00) in 2019. Total compensation, including all services and expenses, shall not exceed a maximum of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars (2500.00) in 2020. 3. Regardless of the date(s) on which this Amendment is signed by the parties, the parties agree that the Agreement has been continuously in effect since January 23, 2017. 4. All provisions in the Agreement shall remain in effect except as expressly modified by this Amendment.
