The lowest responsive and responsible bidder, Welwest Construction submitted a bid <br /> for$295,928.42. <br /> This project will install pedestrian improvements on Broadway and Colby Avenue including ADA curb <br /> ramps at intersections within the project limits,radar speed feedback signs, bicycle detection, and ADA <br /> accessible pedestrian push buttons at existing traffic signals.
