During the <br /> process one property owner objected to the annexation unless he received commercial zoning on his single <br /> family property. The attached resolution removes that property from the annexation area. If City Council <br /> wishes to continue with that property in the annexation area with single family zoning(Map 1),the original <br /> request would need to be substituted in the resolution. <br /> If the resolution accepting the annexation petition is approved, staff will forward the annexation to the <br /> Snohomish County Boundary Review Board for review. If approved the annexation will be returned to City <br /> Council for action on the zoning and annexation. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approve Resolution Accepting the 60%petition for the Holdeman annexation in Southeast Everett along 19th <br /> Ave SE . <br /> 47 <br />
