December 31, 2019 <br /> The special meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:00 p.m., <br /> December 31, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, and Tuohy were <br /> present. Council Members Vogeli and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> President Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 18, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Members Murphy and Moore abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin wished everyone a Happy New Year. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council members wished colleagues, staff, and citizens a Happy New Year. <br /> Council Member Moore thanked first responders and the public works team in <br /> advance for their service this evening. <br /> President Bader provided liaison reports on his attendance at recent meetings of <br /> the Puget Sound Regional Council and the Snohomish Health District. He noted a <br /> date for the Council retreat would be scheduled in the near future. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Chief of Staff Lyle Ryan had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney David Hall had no comments. <br /> 403 <br />
