ARTICLE 18-COURT TIME <br /> The City shall grant leave with pay to any member of the bargaining unit for the period of time such <br /> member is to appear before a court,judge,justice,magistrate,or coroner as a plaintiff,defendant,or <br /> witness due to the performance of his/her duties as an employee. Any off-duty member so required to <br /> appear shall receive a minimum of two(2)hours pay at the overtime rate or the actual time involved at <br /> the overtime rate,whichever is greater. <br /> 24 <br />
