ARTICLE 37-AUTOMATIC VEHICLE LOCATOR <br /> Recognizing that SNOPAC communications dispatch center plans to implement Auto Vehicle Locator <br /> (AVL)technology throughout its communication system,the City and the IAFF Local 46 mutually agree <br /> to not use AVL data without cause for disciplinary investigations or actions. AVL equipment may be <br /> used for computer-aided dispatch,mapping,proximity based routing,incident/accident investigation, <br /> training,service planning,system performance monitoring,complaint resolution,criminal investigations, <br /> and as part of follow-up to corrective action.
