ARTICLE 39 -DURATION <br /> This Agreement shall be effective as of the first day of January 2020 and shall remain in full force and <br /> effect through the last day of December 2021. <br /> With respect to articles of this Agreement,any such article may be opened for negotiations if mutually <br /> agreed by both parties. If agreement is not reached within thirty(30)days, said article shall remain in full <br /> force as originally written. <br /> The parties recognize that Ch. 41.56 RCW may impose additional bargaining obligations during the term <br /> of this Agreement.
