The Union agrees to support the City before the CivI Service Commission whenever the <br /> City determines that is necessary to post a Cali for Applicants for any CM Service <br /> classified position above Entry Level Firefighter. <br /> 2. The City agrees that, upon the request of the Union, the City wtil approach the Civil <br /> Service Commission and request a Call for Appii nts for any Ctv11 Sere classified <br /> .position above Entry Level Firefighter, <br /> 3. Applicants must meet the provisions,of Article 23 — Line of Progression, for time in <br /> service requirements to take promotional examinations. provided that time in service <br /> requirements different than In Article 23 may be utilized by mutual agreement between <br /> the City and Union. <br /> 4. A supplemental certified list resulting from the above process wt then be tacked onto <br /> any valid,existing haat for the position(the`hose list). <br /> 5.
