pursuant to Washington State law for victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, or stalking <br /> (RCW 49.76.010 et seq.),where the employee has substituted accrued sick leave to receive <br /> compensation for time off. <br /> On the job injuries shall not be counted against an employee when the incentive is calculated. <br /> The incentive check shall be paid in January of the following year. <br /> For all employees, the calculation of sick leave usage, for the purposes of any sick leave <br /> incentive, will begin at zero upon the signing of this agreement. <br /> This MOU shall serve in conjunction with the current collective bargaining agreement between <br /> the City of Everett and IAFF Local 46.
