The County's CDGB loan is evidenced by <br /> a promissory note dated 2014 (the "County CDBG Note"). The <br /> County's CDBG Note is secured by a Deed of Trust recorded under Snohomish County <br /> recording number 201401020252 (the "Snohomish County CDBG DOT"). The County <br /> CDBG Note, and the County CDBG DOT are collectively referred to as the County's <br /> CDBG Documents. The County's CDBG Documents burden the following part of the <br /> Property: <br /> Lot 1 of City of Everett Binding Site Plan No. 13-02, recorded September 11, 2013 <br /> as Recording No. 201309115002, in Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> City's 2060 Housing Trust Fund Interest. The City is the administrator of the <br /> 2060 Housing Trust Fund Program, which has made a deferred and forgivable loan to <br /> Domestic Violence Services of Snohomish County, a Washington non-profit corporation, <br /> in the amount of $86,233.16. The City's loan is evidenced by a promissory note dated <br /> December 23, 2013 (the 'City HTF Note"). The City HTF Note is secured by a Deed of <br /> Trust recorded under Snohomish County recording number <br /> (the "City HTF DOT"). The City HTF Note and the City HTF DOT are <br /> collectively referred to as the City's HTF Documents. The City's HTF Documents burden <br /> the following part of the Property: <br /> Lot 1 of City of Everett Binding Site Plan No. 13-02, recorded September 11, 2013 <br /> as Recording No. 201309115002, in Snohomish County, Washington. <br /> Purpose. Each of the Lenders has negotiated the details of its transaction <br /> separately with Borrower and each transaction consists of multiple loan and security <br /> documents ("the Documents").
