This contract with the City's approved General Contractor/Construction Manager,IMCO General Construction,represents the material procurement and installation of the concrete piling for Phase Cl. This portion of the work has been bid early to expedite the construction schedule. City Staff is negotiating the Maximum Allowable Construction Costs for the entire Phase Cl project per RCW Chapter 39.10. Upon completion of these negotiations, an amendment to this contract for the remaining scope and costs of the entire Phase Cl construction will be brought to Council. The total estimated cost of Phase Cl is$31,000,000. RECOMl1'IENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion-Phase Cl General Contractor/Construction Manager Contract with IMCO General Construction in the amount of$1,909,989.16 including Washington State Sales Tax. 7
