WR: So once again,the appointment was at 4:00, correct? <br /> HK: It's been asked and answered. <br /> WR: I wasn't seen until 4:30, correct? <br /> CH: Yes. <br /> PM: The objection is sustained. Mr. Russell, you've asked these questions already. <br /> Move on sir. <br /> WR: Is there any reason that you would suspect that the information we've received.... <br /> HK: Objection. He's again trying to testify from a document that this Court has <br /> previously ruled inadmissible. <br /> PM: Objection is sustained. The Jury will disregard. It's speculative and related to <br /> evidence not admitted. Mr. Russell, do you have any other questions of this <br /> witness? <br /> WR: You know, I'm not sure. The truth seems to be.... <br /> PM: Mr. Russell? <br /> WR: ...whatever the Prosecutor wants it to be. <br /> PM: Do you have any other questions? <br /> WR: I guess not. Thank you. I'd like to reserve in case they come up with some other <br /> stuff. <br /> PM: Anything based upon those questions? <br /> HK: Nothing based on that. <br /> PM: Ms. Harper, you may step down.
