4 <br /> Page iof y <br /> DD t3- '7-0$93 <br /> Mumm provided me with the court order paperwork from the Everett Municipal Court which stipulates that Russell <br /> is "PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING INTO OR REMAINING WITHIN THE FOLLOWING AREA(S) FOR ANY <br /> REASON 24 HOURS DAILY UNTIL THE EXPIRATION DATE INDICATED BELOW: <br /> - 215 100TH ST SW EVERETT, WA <br /> - 3RD FLOOR OF D BUILDING <br /> - WEST STAIRWELL OF D BUILDING <br /> - REMAIN AT LEAST 25' AWAY FROM MR. MUMM AND MS. TRUMBULL" <br /> The order indicates that it is valid from 04/30/2013 —04/30/2015. No violation of this order occurred. A copy which <br /> I obtained from the Everett Municipal Court with the help of Everett Records is attached to this report. <br /> I issued Mumm Criminal Citation number 107983 for violating EMC 10.78.020. I explained to him that he has to <br /> appear in court on 10/30/2013 and that if he does not a warrant would be issued for his arrest. I gave him the <br /> yellow copy of the criminal citation and he indicated that he understood. As we parted ways at the door, I tried to <br /> reason with Mumm again and by telling him that the best decision is to avoid any confrontation with Russell and <br /> that he could have done so by taking an alternative route. He told me again that he was afraid for his life. <br /> I collected the written statements from Minney and Russell and explained to Russell what was going to happen witt <br /> the case. I provided him with the corresponding case number. Unfortunately I failed to take Mumm's pepper spray <br /> for evidentiary purposes.
