When the
Site Plan was drawn, several facts werp not considered when this landscaping was placed
in this area. Both the loading area and the existing curb cut are fully landscaped; thus
making them obsolete. Since these are both vital to the operation of the store, we agreed
that as long as the volume of landscaping was consistent with the plan, that the
landscaping placement could deviate from the plan
A site plan with turning radiuses has been sent to public works. I plan on following up
this week to determine if there is any mitigation required.
Please call me at (206) 462-2490 if you require any further coorespondence in this matter.
Thant: you for your help.
Respectfully,
M.G.M.
Girl's Cole
