Planning Commission held a public hearing on the proposed Comprehensive Plan and rezone
on November 12, 2013, following which the Commission resolved to support the proposed
amendment and rezone, and
4. The public health, safety, and welfare would be provided for by rezoning the subject portion
of the park, and implementation of the Jackson Park Master Plan; and
5.
