The acquisition of the park land and planned improvements <br /> are seen as positive moves supported by the public in the area. There have been volunteer work <br /> parties cleaning and improving the park. <br /> 7. Would the change of the land use designation pressure other properties in the vicinity to do <br /> the same? <br /> Staff response: Yes,but in a positive way.
