See Mill Creek.
##Mixed use with Retail, Commercial, and Residential CLOSELY mixed. Diverse, Duplex,Triplex,Townhouses,Apodments?,And
Some Single Family Homes. MIXED in.... a walking neighborhood. Where in 15 minutes or less you could have retail,or
a doctors office.
* XL Central Park that can be used by everyone who lives and visits Everett.
* A destination,a city within the city,a lively neighborhood.
* A mixed-use center that will accommodate multi-family housing, hotels,XL commercial space and some office space
* Innovative design and green building standards
* Trails and access for public use
Please do not succumb to the shameless profittering of Polygon Northwest,to reduce the number of housing units to
high-end single family homes that do not fit with the vision of this master plan.
Do they have a major retailer signed up for the commercial development? Do not let them build the houses, sell the
houses, and leave you with still an unfinished project. They can fold the LLC corps and walk away from all of this quickly.
Jeff Keithly
4825 S.4th Ave.
Lowell
1
