4 <br /> TT <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project <br /> entitled"East Everett Pedestrian Walkway," Fund 303, <br /> Program 016,to accumulate all costs for the project and <br /> repealing Ordinance No. 3341-13. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to expanding and improving pedestrian pathways; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has received approval for the utilization of Federal funds to <br /> construct pedestrian safety improvements; and <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 016, entitled "East <br /> Everett Pedestrian Walkway"to accumulate all costs for the project and repealing Ordinance No. <br /> 3341-13. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 016, for all expenses of the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director", under direction of the Mayor, <br /> to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to <br /> accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of $1,492,801 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 016, "East Everett <br /> Pedestrian Walkway" as follows: <br /> A. Estimated Project Costs <br /> Design and Right-of-Way $ 210,000 <br /> Construction $ 1,282,801 <br /> Total Estimated Cost $ 1,492,801 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> 90 <br />
