ARTICLE 6 - SAFETY COMPLIANCE <br /> All employees covered by this collective bargaining agreement are expected to comply with W.I.S.H.A. <br /> (Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act)regulations and City policies and rules related thereto. <br /> Employees knowingly violating such policies,rules and regulations shall be subject to disciplinary action <br /> which may include suspension and discharge. No supervisor shall require an employee to go or be in any <br /> employment or place of employment which is not safe according to W.I.S.H.A. standards. <br /> 8 <br />
