City staff has successfully negotiated the Maximum Allowable Construction Costs for the entire Phase Cl project per RCW Chapter 39.10. Amendment No. 1 adds the additional project scope and$29,402,629 budget to the original pile driving contract, for a Total Contract Cost of$31,312,618. RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Water Pollution Control Facility Expansion—Phase Cl General Contractor/Construction Manager Contract with IMCO General Construction in the form substantially as provided, in the amount of$29,402,629, including Washington State Sales Tax. 1
