The total budget for the study is$800,000.
The funding partnership for the study includes WSDOT,Snohomish County, and the City. The City is
contributing up to$200,000 to fund the study. City Council authorized Everett's participation in this
agreement on September 1,2010.
The intent of the corridor plan is to identify a range of mobility improvements that can be implemented
over the next 20 years,as funding becomes available.A prioritized list of low, medium, and high cost
improvements will be produced. The recommended improvements and strategies will provide a long
range vision for the corridor which can be implemented incrementally using a variety of federal, state, and
local funding sources. The City share is being funded from CIP3,through Special Projects Fund 115.
This re-appropriation carries forward the remaining budget of$134,383 to 2014.
Increase beginning fund balance 115 3080000073 24,514
Increase transfers in 115 3970073002 109,869
Increase intergovernmental payments 115 5730000510 134,383
Department Code.
