These grants are <br /> intended to supplement the local jurisdiction's emergency management operating budget in an effort to <br /> enhance its program. <br /> The City's FY13 State Homeland Security EMPG grant award was$58,338 with the requirement of a local <br /> match satisfied by our emergency management operating budget.
