Over the past few weeks, we have been working with the Fire Departrnent , <br /> to determine the locations where new fire hydr:.r.ts would be required to serve this project. <br /> Mr. Brad Olson recently informed us that the existing fire hydrants will be adequate and no addiponal <br /> hydrants will be needed. Copies of our preliminary civil plans were previously submitted by Dykeman <br /> Architects along with their building permit submittal. Since then, there have been several minor changes <br /> to the civil and site work improve.�.ents. The enclosed plans reflect ihe work which will be completed <br /> under the Olson's contract and also other site work improvements within tha parking lot which will be <br /> completed by Terranomics. <br /> Please proceed to review the enclosed plans at your earliest convenience and contact me if you have <br /> , any quesfions or need additional informadon.
