As part of ihis development, <br /> we witl need to modify the exis6ng parldng layout and grades wiUun this area. <br /> At this time, I am forwarding four blueline prints of the proposed grading and storm drainage <br /> modificadons which will be required along the ezisting main enuance co the site and an area extending to <br /> the north approximate�y 230 feetto include the necessary regrading for ihe pad site. For purposes of <br /> separafing this work from the parldng lot regrade work currendy under construc6on, we have indicated this <br /> work as Phase 1B of the Claremont Village parking lot regrade. A copy of the original approved parking <br /> lot regrade plan was screened back to use as ihe base sheet for ihe Phase 1B work. <br /> Terranomics would like to complete the work shown on the enclosed ptans at the same dme ihe current <br /> work is being completed so as to uulize the equipment and crews which are alrexdy available.
