Also, enclosed is one completerl Pubiic Works permit
application.
The existing parldng lot is currently graded at a slope of approximately 6 to 7 percent in front of the
most southerly building. A new tenant has recendy leased ths space and will be operadng a new food
marketin the near future. They require that the parking lot grades serving their area be no greater than
3 percentforthe convenience and safery of their customers. The revised grading plan has been designed
at grades of between 2 to 3 percent to rieet iheir requirement. This will require approximately 10,000
cubic yards of fill material within the limits of construction shown on ihe plans.
' The parking and planter layout will remain the same with the exception of ihe elimination of several
' stalls near the existing 4,400-squace foot retail building and ihe addition of several planters to meet the
minimum requirements of the cunent landscape code. A revsed landscape planting plan will be submitted
within the near future for review and approval.
please proceed to complete your review as soon as possible and contact me if you have any quesGons
or need eiditional information.
