These must be a <br /> minimum of 3 feet in height at time of planting. This has not been provided. <br /> A landscaping plan which :�as submitted to our office in August of 1985 was <br /> returned to Tom Lauderback, unapproved, with the above comments on them. <br /> The City cannot issue a Cettificate of Occupancy for your project until the <br /> landscaping is pxovided.
