The listed <br />requirem�nts are placed in response to our review of this information: <br />MITIGATION REQUIHED BY EXISTING CODES AND ORDINANCES: <br />1. A fire hydrant is required Within 200 driving feet but not closer than <br />50 feet of every structure per Ordinance 493-78. (SEPA Public Services <br />Policy) <br />2. The Fire Marshal 'nas establish�:d the folloxing fire Plo�t requirements <br />for this proposal: 2500 GPM if wood frame construction and 1200 GPM it <br />fire-resistive construction is used. The existing Water system cannot <br />provide 2500 GPM of flow at this site. in fact, the exi�ting system <br />can barely provide 1200 GPM. So any construction at this site that <br />isn't conaidered fire resistive by the Fire Marshal xill require water <br />syscem improvements by the de��eloper. Specific improvements must be <br />prot�ided as determined by Put�lic Works uhen the detailed building <br />construction data is provided. (Ordinance 493-78 SEPA Public Services <br />Policy) <br />3• Special charges for connection to sewer system in accordance with <br />Ordinance 984-83 are applicable. The actual cost shall be computed by <br />the building Drpari.ueriG per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br />according to the imeoi^mation prorided on t:he approved plar.s on the date <br />of permit issuance.
