Detailed drauings in accordance with City Desi� and Construc�ian <br />Standa.^ds shall be submitted to the Public Works Departmentg shoti�ing <br />site p:.rking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, tempor2ry <br />construction erosion control, and all required Smprovements in the <br />public right-of-way. Public YJorks Department approval of thesa <br />drawings is required prior f:o any permits being issued. All <br />improvements shall be cumpleted, approved, and warranted before the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppression and strest cleanin� must <br />occur as directed by the Public Works Superintendent. <br />3. Performance g�arantees are required for street and landscaping <br />improvements. <br />4. A one year guarantee is required on the public street and landscaping <br />for an amount. not less than 10� of cost of construction and shall run <br />for one year from the date of issuance of tUe first Occupancy Permit <br />f�r the project. <br />5. If the properties with the single family homes are ever developed, the <br />same amount of parking must be maintained for the cllnic. <br />o931F <br />
